1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

We, EUROCASH1 ESTONIA OÜ, registry code 16276454, registered address Tatari tn 64, 10134 Tallinn, Estonia (hereinafter – EUROCASH1), respect and protect the privacy of every visitor and customer of the website www.eurocash1.ee and undertake to process and safeguard your data fairly and lawfully.

This Privacy Policy has been prepared in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter – GDPR), the Estonian Personal Data Protection Act (hereinafter – PDPA), and other applicable legal acts of the European Union and the Republic of Estonia.

This Privacy Policy explains EUROCASH1’s principles regarding the information (including personal data) collected about you, the reasons for collecting such information, how it is processed and how it is used.

This Privacy Policy describes the principles for collecting, using and storing the personal data of visitors and customers of the website www.eurocash1.ee, the purposes and means of processing personal data, and explains who may access personal data and for what purposes. 3. WHAT DATA DO WE COLLECT, PROCESS AND USE, AND FOR WHAT PURPOSES?

We obtain and use your personal data when you intend to conclude or have concluded a service agreement with EUROCASH1 and have given your consent, or where the processing of personal data is permitted by law for the purposes of our legitimate interests.

We collect, process and use personal data provided by you or obtained from other sources in accordance with the GDPR, the Estonian Personal Data Protection Act and EUROCASH1 legal acts.

We collect, process and use your personal data for the following main purposes:

When you visit the website www.eurocash1.ee, we collect information about visitors to the website www.eurocash1.ee and other browsing data, including information on when and from where access to our website or other electronic platforms was made. Upon registration on the website www.eurocash1.ee, you will be asked to provide personal data and consent to the collection and processing of such data so that EUROCASH1 may send you subscribed news, publications and information about services or events. You may withdraw your consent at any time by sending an email to info@eurocash1.ee. You are responsible for ensuring that the personal data and other information you provide are accurate and correct.

To consult you regarding EUROCASH1 services, provide services, and contact you, we process your first and last name, date of birth, address, telephone number and other contact details. These data are retained no longer than necessary to fulfil your request.

To provide EUROCASH1 services and properly fulfil contractual and statutory obligations, we process your or your representative’s personal data, including name, date of birth, personal identification code, copy of an identity document, address, telephone number and other contact details, as well as bank account details and transaction data. Data collected during service provision are processed while you use our services and retained for 10 years after service termination.

To communicate with you, fulfil contractual obligations, respond to enquiries, collect feedback, and send important service-related notifications and security alerts, we process contact data and message content for as long as you use our services.

For direct marketing purposes, subject to your consent, we process your name, telephone number, email address, service usage data and payment history. You may object to such processing at any time.

To provide services remotely, we may record telephone calls or other communications, including technical data such as IP address, call duration and time.

For the protection of persons and property, we carry out video surveillance and retain video data for 30 days.

For debt management, creditworthiness assessment and related purposes, we process relevant personal and financial data for no longer than necessary under applicable law.

To comply with anti-money laundering requirements, we process data regarding your employer, position and citizenship.

To protect EUROCASH1 legitimate interests and comply with legal obligations, we may process data related to judicial or administrative proceedings.

We may also obtain personal data from the following sources:

  • Estonian Social Insurance Board;
  • Estonian Business Register, Transport Administration, law enforcement authorities, other registers and public authorities;
  • Creditinfo Eesti AS;
  • insurance companies, where insurance services are used;
  • Estonian Ministry of Finance and other financial institutions.

If you are related to EUROCASH1 clients (legal persons) as a representative, employee, contractor, founder, shareholder, partner or owner, your data may also be processed accordingly.

We do not collect special categories of personal data revealing racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, trade union membership, sexual life or sexual orientation.

4. HOW DO WE PROTECT YOUR PERSONAL DATA AND INFORMATION?

We use appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, use or disclosure. However, no transmission of data over the internet or electronic communication is completely secure.

Personal data are stored only for as long as necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or as required by law. After expiry of retention periods, data are securely destroyed.

You have the right to access your personal data, request rectification, restriction or erasure, object to processing, request data portability, withdraw consent, and lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate.

6. TO WHOM MAY WE DISCLOSE YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

EUROCASH1 may disclose personal data only in accordance with applicable law, including to data processors, courts, public authorities, auditors, service providers, and other third parties in connection with service provision or corporate restructuring.
