Candidate Requirements:

• at least 18 years of age;
• Security Officer Level 4 qualification or willingness to obtain it;
• Estonian language proficiency at a minimum of B2 level;
• no criminal record that would prevent employment in the security sector;
• good physical and mental endurance;
• honesty and willingness to work responsibly and independently;
• stress resistance and good communication skills.

Job Responsibilities:

• ensuring public order;
• protection of persons and property in accordance with the Private Security Act;
• guarding of facilities and territories;
• access and passage control;
• prevention, identification, and documentation of incidents;
• responding to alarm and security situations;
• cooperation with the Police and Border Guard Board and other authorities when necessary;
• completion of documentation (incident reports, logbooks).
